All users can add and use a one-time password.

For websites that support two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be able to add a One-Time Password (OTP) directly to your LockPass password using a dedicated field on the password creation window.
Add a one-time password
On the application, click on , « Password » and fill in the elements of your password (login, password, URL, etc), in the usual way.
In the OTP field, enter the initialization key proposed by the website for which you want to create a password (this key is normally filled in on the form when you create your account on the website concerned).
Then validate your password to save it in your safe.
By selecting it, on the right-hand information panel, you will be given the one-time password (OTP or 2FA) that you will need to connect to the website concerned. This password will be regenerated every 30 seconds, the loading loop indicating the time remaining to use the password before its regeneration.
Use a one-time password from the browser extension
To connect to a website that requires a one-time password, use the browser extension to auto-complete the username and password by clicking on the shields, in the usual way.
Then click on the browser extension (LockSelf logo in the top right corner next to the search bar), select the password you want and copy the OTP filled in with the shortcut. Then paste it in the field reserved for the one-time use password and connect to the website.

Use a one-time password from the application
In case you can not use the extension to copy and paste the OTP, just go back to the application, search for the password you want and copy the OTP with the shortcut. Then paste it into the OTP field and log in to the website.
