Receiving an unprotected transfer
Once your files are encrypted and your transfer is sent, the recipient will receive an email with the name of the sender and the subject of the transfer (which is the optional description you set when you sent the transfer).
This email will look like this :
By clicking on « Download », the recipient will be redirected to download page. This page will look like this :
The recipient will be able to click on the « Download » button and the files will be automatically downloaded to their computer (as an archive if there are several files).
Receiving a password protected transfer
Once your files are encrypted and your transfer is sent, the recipient will receive the same type of email as the one received when sending an unprotected transfer.
When the recipient clicks on « Download » in the email, he will be redirected to the download page, with a specific field where he can enter the password (which will have been sent to him automatically by text message or by you via another way).

Once your files are encrypted and your transfer is sent, the recipient will receive the same type of email as the one received when sending an unprotected transfer.
When the recipient clicks on « Download » button in the email, he will be redirected to the download page : he will be asked to click on « Receive an access code » , in order to generate an access code, specific to this recipient.
This page will look like this :
This code will be sent to this specific recipient in a second email.
This email will look like this :
The recipient will be able to copy this code into the field provided on the download page.
Once the code is entered in the field, the recipient can click on the « Download » button and the files will be automatically downloaded to his computer (as an archive if there are several files).
