Read on to learn how to manage an active deposit box on the Personal Space.

Once a deposit box has been created, it will appear at the top of the list of active deposit boxes (i.e. those still available for download to recipients), in the Deposit Box tab of the Personal Space.
Access to the deposit box details
In order to follow and control your deposit box, select it and refer to the information panel on the right. You can access the following information :
- The name of the deposit box, which you can change by clicking on the pen
- The number of files in the deposit box
- The type of deposit box (partitioned or not)
- The closing date (if a closing date was set up when the deposit box was created)
- The description of the deposit box (if a description was set up when the deposit box was created)
- The status of the deposit box : activated or deactivated (a deactivated deposit box is not available for recipients).
- it will be possible to deactivate and reactivate the deposit box as needed by enable/disable the option
- The download monitoring : allows you to be notified by email when a document is downloaded by a recipient.
- It will be possible to deactivate and reactivate this monitoring if needed by enable/disable the option
- The deposit monitoring : allows you to be notified by email when a document is deposited by a recipient.
- It will be possible to deactivate and reactivate this monitoring if needed by enable/disable the option
- Partitioning/unpartitioning answers : by default, the documents deposited by the recipients are shared with all the recipients of the deposit box. By partitioning the deposit box, the documents deposited by a recipient cannot be consulted by the other recipients, but only by the creator of the dropbox
- it will be possible to deactivate and reactivate this partitionning, as needed by checking/unchecking the option
- The recipients list
You will be able to consult the files deposited by you and your recipients on the deposit box.
- Step 1 : Select the deposit box and in the information panel on the right, click on « See »
- Etape 2 : On the window that appears, two tabs are available:
- Consult the files: you will find the list of files contained in the box, uploaded by you or the recipients. By selecting a file, you will be able to :
- access the file's information such as its name, its weight, the e-mail address of the person who uploaded it, the date and time of upload and the description (if any)
- download the files
- delete the files

- Adding files : you will be able to drop new files by dragging and dropping them or by selecting them on your computer. Then click on « Send » to make sure they are added.
The deposit box minutes
In order to be able to trace the history of the deposit box and the downloads and deposits which have been done on the recipients' side, you can consult the minutes.
This document is automatically updated with each new download and deposit on the recipient side, and can be generated at any time. It summarizes all the activity of the deposit box, and provides various information.

To consult the deposit box minutes, select the deposit box and in the information panel on the right, click on « Minutes » : it will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
Share a deposit box to more recipients
It will be possible to add more recipients to your deposit box once it has been sent.
- Step 1 : Select the transfer and in the information pane on the right, click on « Modify » above the recipients list.
- Step 2 : On the window that appears, add the email addresses of the new recipients and click on « Send »
- You can also remove a recipient by selecting them and clicking « Remove »
- You can also resend the deposit box link to a recipient by selecting them and clicking « Resend email ».
Modify a deposit box
After sending a deposit box, you will be able to add, delete or change the closing date and the description of the deposit box.
- Step 1 : Select the deposit box and in the information panel on the right, click on « Modify ».
- Step 2 : On the window that opens, you can :
- Add, modify or delete the closing date of the deposit box
- Add, modify or delete the deposit box description
Delete a deposit box
Selecting the deposit box and click on « Delete » in the information panel on the right.
A deleted deposit box is no longer accessible to recipients. When a deposit box is deleted, it is moved to the Archive folder, on the Deposit Box tab, with all other archived deposit boxes on the deposit box tab.
