Read on to find out how to use the directory in LockTransfer.
The directory allows you to create a database of contacts. Thus, when creating a transfer or a deposit box, the addition of recipients will be simplified by a system of auto-completion : by filling in the information of your contacts (name, first name, email, phone number) in the directory, the email and phone number fields will be automatically filled in when you add recipients to your transfers or deposit boxes, which will save you time.
Add manually a contact to the directory
- Step 1 : At the bottom right of the screen, click on « Contact » after clicking on
Step 2 : On the window that appears, fill in all the information about your contact and click on « Add ».
Add automatically a contact to the directory at each sending
When you add a new recipient in the field provided when you send a transfer or a deposit box, its email adress will automatically be saved in the directory.
Then go to the directory to add a name, a first name and a phone number to your new contact.
Edit a contact
Step 1 : Select your contact, and on the information panel on the right, click on « Edit ».
- Step 2 : On the window that appears, change the information you want and click on « Edit ».
Delete a contact
Select your contact, and on the information panel on the right click on « Delete ».
