Read on to find out how to monitor password usage (consult, change and use).
Only the Administrator account, Moderators and Category Managers (for their specific category) can apply this feature.
You can activate an option to be notified of password activity.
The actions that will be notified are the consultation, modification and use of a password by a user.
|🚨This feature can be enabled at the discretion of each user: if a Moderator enables this option for a password, only he/she will receive the email notification.
Monitor all passwords in a category
To monitor all the passwords in a category, go to that category and check the « Monitor usage of all passwords » option in the right-hand information pane.
Users who have activated this option will receive an e-mail notification each time a password in the category is accessed, modified or used.
|🚨A notion of inheritance applies to this option: it will therefore be activated automatically for all child categories. Remember to deactivate it manually in child categories for which you do not wish to be notified.
Monitor a specific password
To monitor a particular password, select the desired password and check the « Monitor usage » option in the right-hand information pane.
