Account session duration

The session duration is the period during which the LockSelf application stays unlocked and does not require re-authentication.

Once the session duration is reached, you are prompted to enter your security key again.

 

Choosing your session duration

  1. On the page where you enter your security key, select the session duration you want. Possible values range from 15 minutes to 15 hours.
  2. Then enter your security key. Your session will stay active for the chosen duration.
  3. The last session duration you chose becomes the default for your next sign-ins.
