The moderator
The moderator is shown with a grey crown. This account has full rights to administer users and shared spaces.
Important: the moderator cannot appoint other moderators, create sub-organizations, or manage the whole environment configuration: SSO integration, activation and renewal of the subscription.

Make a user a moderator
- From the Administrator account, click the account to promote.
- Click "Make moderator".
- Confirm.
Make a moderator a user
- From the Administrator account, click the account to demote.
- Click "Make user".
- Confirm.
