The main administrator


The main administrator is shown with an orange crown. This is the account that administers the main organization and the one able to create sub-organizations.

Important: this is the most important account in LockSelf. It is from this account that moderators, sub-organization administrators and all the initial configuration of the environment are set up: SSO integration, activation and renewal of the subscription.

Change the administrator account

You can change the administrator account and appoint a new administrator account.

  1. From the Administrator account, click the account to promote.
  2. Click "Make moderator".
  3. Click "Make administrator".
  4. Confirm.

The administrator change is effective. Sign back in to the application for the changes to take effect.
