Only Administrator and Moderator accounts can disable MFA for a user.

In the Management tab, within the list of users, a user who has activated their MFA will be flagged with the and .
In the event that a user is no longer able to use their MFA to log in (e.g. lost smartphone, problem with the Google Authentificator app, backup codes all used, etc), it will be possible to disable the MFA for that particular user, so that they can still access their LockSelf account.
To do this, select the user in the Management tab, and in the right-hand pane, click on .
The user will then be able to log in without using MFA, and can, if they wish, reactivate MFA again from their account settings.
