How to access LockSelf
Standard account
To access LockSelf, you must have an existing account or have been invited to join the environment by a user with sufficient permissions to invite new users.
When you are invited to join your organization's LockSelf environment, you receive an invitation by email. This email contains a link to access the application.
- Open the email containing the invitation link: the email subject is "[Lockself] New account activation".
- Click "Activate my account".
- Follow the steps to activate your account. You will be redirected to an external page to begin the steps required to create your account.
SSO account
To access LockSelf via SSO, you must have been invited to join the environment by your administrator.
- Go to the custom domain provided by your administrator.
- Click the "SSO" tab, then enter your email address.
- Then follow the steps to activate your account. You will be redirected to an external page to begin the steps required to create your account.
