Create your account

As explained in the article Accessing LockSelf, you must have been invited to join the environment by your administrator.

Go to your LockSelf domain

Your LockSelf domain is provided to you by your environment's administrator.

  1. On the LockSelf sign-in page, go to the "SSO" tab.
  2. You are redirected to the authentication page of your corporate directory. Sign in with your usual credentials, or approve the sign-in request if you are already signed in.

Activate your account

  1. Set your security key. It must meet the following complexity: 12 characters minimum | 1 lowercase letter | 1 uppercase letter | 1 digit | 1 special character. Then confirm your security key a second time.

Retrieve your security key

Your account activation is finalized by downloading a file that includes your account's recovery key. It can be used if you lose your security key. Keep this file in a safe place.

Prerequisites

  1. The SSO configuration must have been carried out beforehand by your administrator.
  2. Your access to the application depends on the permissions assigned to your account in the corporate directory. If you are blocked, contact your administrator.
