Read the following to discover how to create a new password.
All users can create passwords in their Personal Space or Shared Space(s).

Step 1: In your Personal Space or Shared Space, click on
then on the "Password" button
- Step 2: Then choose the storage location for your new password:
- In your Personal Space: the password will only be visible to you.
- In one of your Shared Spaces: the password can be viewed by other users who have access to the category in question.
Then click on Validate Location.
- Step 3: Then fill in the information for this password:
- Name: the name of the site or application
- Login: your email address or username
- Password: to choose or to generate

OTP: the OTP code for your account
- Consult the dedicated documentation on the subject: Add and use a one-time code (OTP)
- URL: the URL(s) associated with this password. There can be multiple.
Advanced Options:
- Tags: create tags that will facilitate your subsequent searches
- Description: add a description/comment to this password
- Optional 1, 2 and 3: 3 fields that can be used in addition to the other fields
Once all elements are filled in, click "Create" to validate the password creation.
