Managing MFA
Enabling MFA
- In the menu at the top left (by clicking your first and last name), click the "Account > Settings" button.
- Click "Manage my MFA".
- Scan the QR code shown on screen (or click "Can't scan?").
- Enter the code shown in your authenticator app or enter the key shown in LockSelf.
- As a final step, download or copy the backup codes. Important: these will be requested if you lose your authenticator app.
Disabling MFA
- In the menu at the top left (by clicking your first and last name), click the "Account > Settings" button.
- Click "Manage my MFA".
- Enter the code shown in your authenticator app or enter one of the backup codes provided during setup.
- Confirm to disable MFA authentication.
