Managing MFA


Enabling MFA

  1. In the menu at the top left (by clicking your first and last name), click the "Account > Settings" button.
  2. Click "Manage my MFA".
  3. Scan the QR code shown on screen (or click "Can't scan?").
  4. Enter the code shown in your authenticator app or enter the key shown in LockSelf.
  5. As a final step, download or copy the backup codes. Important: these will be requested if you lose your authenticator app

 


Disabling MFA

  1. In the menu at the top left (by clicking your first and last name), click the "Account > Settings" button.
  2. Click "Manage my MFA".
  3. Enter the code shown in your authenticator app or enter one of the backup codes provided during setup.
  4. Confirm to disable MFA authentication.
