Users
This section allows you to view the number of licenses included in your subscription:
- The number of users created in your organization
Please note: any users created in sub-organizations will not be counted here. - The number of free slots, i.e. available licenses
This data takes into account any users created in sub-organizations. - The number of activated users in your organization
That is, the number of users who have activated their account. - The number of non-activated users in your organization
Other figures will also be provided:
- The number of new users created over the last 7 days
By clicking on the data, you'll also know their activation status (whether their account has been activated or not) - The number of inactive users, i.e. those who haven't logged into their account for more than 30 days
Groups
This section provides an overview of your organization's groups: for each group, you'll be able to compare its volume (the percentage of users it comprises) as well as its percentage of access to the organization's data compared to other groups in the organization.
Other figures will also be provided:

the percentage of data shared to a group (on average)

the number of groups a user belongs to (on average)
Organizations
This section gives an overview of the parent organization as well as the sub-organizations (including all sub-levels).
For the parent organization and each of the sub-organizations, a summary of the key data to remember will be displayed, including:
- The number of users
- The number of shared passwords (LockPass)
- The number of shares made (LockTransfer)
- The number of files shared (LockFiles)
- The names and e-mail addresses of the administrator and moderators (with the option of downloading a rights report for each)
Click on the sub-organization in question to display this information. - The number and distribution of user roles (administrator, moderators and simple users)
