An internet connection is required
LockPass requires an active internet connection to access your password vault. All users are affected.
Behavior without a connection
There is no offline mode in LockPass. Without a connection, your vault and your passwords are not accessible. This applies to both the web interface and the mobile app.
If your connection drops
Check your internet connection: once it is restored, access to your vault returns to normal. If access remains impossible despite a working connection, contact LockSelf support.
