To access your LockSelf account, you will need to complete a two-step authentication. Read on to learn everything you need to know about the SSO sign-in procedure.

Step 1: Go to the LockSelf access URL provided by your administrator. The URL may look like this: https://lockself.votre-entreprise.com or https://lockself.votreentreprise.com , etc...

Step 2: Once on the sign-in page, go to the SSO tab and click Enter
- If you are not yet signed in to your corporate directory, you will be redirected to it to sign in
- If you are already signed in to your directory, this step is validated automatically and you can go directly to the second step.

🚨If you encounter an error at this step, click the gear wheels in the top right and check that the API URL field clearly contains /api/ at the end of the dedicated domain name. For example: https://votreentreprise.lockself-cloud.com/api/ or https://lockself.votreentreprise.com/api/ , etc.. |

Step 3: Enter the PIN code you set when your account was created.
